Founded by Margaret Atabong, an accomplished author, entrepreneur, and chef, Flavors of Harmony is more than just a business—it’s a legacy. Growing up in Cameroon, Margaret was surrounded by family members who had a deep love for cooking, with her mother being a profound influence. Her mother, an excellent cook, taught Margaret the art of blending spices and seasonings to create authentic, flavorful dishes. Cameroon’s rich culture and diverse cuisine provided Margaret with a wealth of culinary knowledge from a young age. After
relocating to the United States, her passion for cooking continued to flourish as she explored new techniques and flavors. Today, that passion is at the heart of Flavors of Harmony, where every product is crafted to bring the taste of home and tradition to your kitchen
